Info et Cetera Consulting worked with a traditional brick-and-mortar sign retailer to develop a business plan for selling custom signs online. One of the core aspects of the personal sales process that EZ Signs wanted to maintain was the professional advantage of having a graphic designer lay out the sign.

Info et Cetera developed an online application to allow customers to dynamically create and order a custom outdoor sign, while still maintaining the advantage of having a graphic artist create the final design. The online sales process walks customers, step-by-step, through the an adaptive ordering process that captures all of the information the designer needs to create the layout.

For the shopping cart system and eCommerce backbone, we leveraged .netCART -- a programmable shopping cart framework, saving the customer time and allowing us to focus on the business logic of the system.

This system replaced a paper-based ordering form, allowing the customer to begin selling online and realize a higher level of profit and market penetration.
